Trey Morgan
President Morgan Property Group
President Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, LLC
Mr. Morgan is responsible for the management of the organization, as well as the company's development strategy. This includes resource and capital management, site selection, acquisition evaluation, and the governmental approval process. He is the president of Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, the company's development entity in that region, and oversees the expansion of corporate activities into new markets. In addition, Mr. Morgan also leads the marketing and branding efforts for Morgan Property Group and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
Before joining Morgan Property Group, Mr. Morgan worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. in Washington, D.C. in the Tenant Representation Group. He holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and an MBA from Duke University. Locally, Mr. Morgan participates on the pastoral council of St. Matthew Catholic Church and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
