Mr. Morgan is responsible for the management of the organization, as well as the company's development strategy. This includes resource and capital management, site selection, acquisition evaluation, and the governmental approval process. He is the president of Mid-Atlantic Commercial Properties, the company's development entity in that region, and oversees the expansion of corporate activities into new markets. In addition, Mr. Morgan also leads the marketing and branding efforts for Morgan Property Group and is a licensed real estate salesperson.

Before joining Morgan Property Group, Mr. Morgan worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. in Washington, D.C. as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Tenant Representation Group. He attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where he graduated with honors and attained a Bachelor of Science. Locally, Mr. Morgan participates on the Pine Crest School Alumni Council, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Discovery and Science, and serves on the Governmental Relations committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
