Meade, Maryland in a privatization agreement valued at $3 billion. Mr. Clarke began his career managing retail properties totaling 700,000 s.f. for the Peterson Companies. Mr. Clarke is a graduate of the Howard University School of Business in Washington, DC. In addition, he is a 1999 graduate of the Real Estate Associate Program (Project REAP).
