George Morgan, Jr.

Investment brokerage and tenant representation are an integral part of that work. Mr. Morgan's recent brokerage work includes the sale of two office buildings totaling over 170,000 square feet at $14,000,000 to Broward County for their new regional headquarters in Plantation, Florida, and the sale for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation of 60 acres of land at $15,250,000 for a mixed-use development that includes a community shopping center, an adult assisted and independent living facility, and an office/industrial flex space component in Weston, Florida.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Morgan graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1971 after serving as a First Lieutenant in the U. S. Army for two years. Mr. Morgan currently serves on the Florida Governmental Affairs Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and served for several years on the Florida Program Committee for that same trade association. He also currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Broward Workshop, serves on the South Florida Regional Transportation board of directors and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Discovery and Science.
